Professional Experience:

Deputy, Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority, US Pacific Command (USPACOM), Camp H. M. Smith, Hawaii. Coordinated and de-conflicted all counterintelligence investigations, collections and operations relative to USPACOM requirements globally, establishing strategy, policy and procedures for full-spectrum execution. (2012-2014)

Chief, Counterterrorism Branch, Headquarters Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI), Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. Directed all AFOSI defensive counterintelligence program initiatives pertaining to antiterrorism, force protection, Joint Terrorism Task Forces, Force Protection Detachments, and Protective Service Operations designed to detect and neutralize terrorist and foreign intelligence service activities targeting DoD resources worldwide. (2007-2009)

Chief, Homeland Defense Counterintelligence Branch, Headquarters Air Force, Deputy for Homeland Defense, Pentagon, DC. Action officer for federal law enforcement, counterintelligence, force protection, combating terrorism, and antiterrorism. Provided combating terrorism input into National Defense Authorization Act requests for reports and congressional testimony. (2005-2007)

Special Agent in Charge, AFOSI Detachment 323, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida. Directed all criminal, counterintelligence, antiterrorism and fraud operations and investigations involving DoD commanders and personnel at MacDill AFB, Florida. Interfaced and conducted liaisons with counterpart federal, state, and local security, investigative and counterintelligence agencies. (2003-2005)

Supervisory Special Agent, AFOSI Detachment 102, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. Responsible for all specialized criminal and fraud investigations supporting USAF acquisition efforts in the six-state New England area. Directly coordinated investigations with Air Force judge advocates, command officials, and United States Attorneys’ Offices, as well as local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies. (2001-2003)

Recruitment, retention, and promotion of women in federal law enforcement and policy decision-making in policing.
